This is a unique opportunity to meaningfully contribute to our small and growing team, while enhancing the development and growth of your professional career.Responsibilities: Fund Accounting:Liase with Fund Administrator to prepare Capital Calls and Distributions for all related stakeholdersReview and Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and partner capital recording packages including all supporting work papers and disclosure documents with the assistance of Fund Administrator for various Funds and CoinvestmentsAssist with the annual and quarterly valuation process and preparation of associated papers for valuation committee including review of direct investment valuations prepared in-house and provide related support to Investment teamReview tax workpapers and work with external tax team to meet annual and quarterly deadlinesCorporate Accounting:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial package for General Partner and all upper tier entitiesPrepare detailed books and records for all upper tier entities and coordinate external audits for Management Company Assisting with preparation, analysis and documentation of monthly and quarterly entries in accordance with GAAPProvide general accounting support to all levels of staff and managementMaintain strong internal controls and keep process documentation up-to-dateReview tax workpapers and work with external tax team to meet annual and quarterly deadlinesTreasury:Responsible for cash management for General Partner, Management Company, and all affiliated entitiesResponsible for maintenance of the Line-of-Credit, including borrowings, repayments, prefunding's, interest calculation, reporting to lenders, liquidity analysis, weekly/daily reporting, and ad-hoc analysisPrepare wires, expenses, and income allocation activityOther:Assist in the planning of new funds and product types to ensure that operational efficiencyPerforming special projects and ad hoc management reporting as requiredAssist with the preparation of annual ADV and Form PF filingsInteract with clients at various levels and maintain client relationshipRespond to client inquiries and due diligence requestsThe position will be based in Baltimore, Maryland.RequirementsSuccessful candidates will have the following attributes:CPA and/or MBA or similar2-4 years of private equity accounting and/or public accounting experience (Big 4 public accounting background is a plus)Strong understanding of accounting and financeExceptional project management experience with a demonstrated ability to drive processesStrong internal and external communication skillsDemonstrated ability and interest in working in a small, entrepreneurial teamOutstanding financial modeling and analytical skillsPassion for investing and learning about new industriesCreativeResourcefulContactPlease apply through LinkedIn or email your resume and cover letter to Recruiting@accessholdings.com.
