Project Controls Analyst (Multiple Openings) : Prepare cost estimates of construction projects for all design stages (Program/Conceptual, Schematic Design, Design Development, & Contract Docs) to ensure the owners budgets are maintained by analyzing drawings, specs, proposals & other rel duties. Must have Master's deg or equiv in Civil Engg, Construction Mgmt, Architecture or rel field, & knowledge of Revit s/w. Job in Chantilly, VA. Occasional travel to local project sites may be req'd.
