FireEye is seeking an Operations Lead to work with client as well as project teams to ensure the success of critical mission deliverables and the development and growth of the members across the team. The Operations Lead will be involved in both delivery of existing projects and development of new business opportunities. The responsibilities will include both Strategic planning and development as well as Tactical and include Personnel Management. Responsibility will include guiding teams in the development of novel solutions to challenging problems. The successful candidate will have a background in large-scale operational environments focusing on cyber. Guide the development of novel solutions to challenges facing incident responders, malware analysts, network defenders, and product * Active TS/SCI Poly * requiredExcellent writing, communication and organizational skills * Experience with enterprise-level responsibility * Ability to work with aggressive deadlines and tailor deliverables accordingly * Self-motivated and flexible, ability to work with little direct oversight * Ability to operate strategically and dynamically and manage multiple ongoing tasks with diverging priorities and focus * Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Cyber Operations, English, or a Technical Communications related discipline is required.
