As our new Recruiter, you will work across the organization, partnering with hiring managers to fill open positions using a well-planned out recruiting strategy designed to attract top talent. You will prepare requisitions, source candidates, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, facilitate behavioral based interviewing processes, prepare offers and conduct pre-employment screening and onboarding for new hires.Additionally, you will help organize and energize our growing College & University Recruiting program! We will look to you to help us cultivate talent at the earliest stages of the career journey to help infuse ARC's dynamic and growing workforce. You will be based at our metro-accessible headquarters in Arlington, VA.If you have a track record of offering top-notch client service while providing a seamless candidate experience, then we want to hear from you. What You'll Get to Do:Lead the full life-cycle recruiting process across various business groups throughout the organization.Partner with hiring teams and senior leadership to develop role profiles, formulate recruitment strategies and execute sourcing plans to identify and attract qualified candidates for interviews in a timely manner, at the most efficient cost.Post jobs, source via social media and other internet sources. Coordinate and execute candidate screening and interviewing processes to ensure selection of best-qualified talent to meet position requirements. Prepare behavioral based interview guides for use in the interviews. Collect feedback, gain consensus and facilitate offers or rejections.Ensure timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, vendors, and HR business partners (HRBP). Educate candidates about ARC, our culture, benefits and expectations of the organization. Participate in recruitment events in support of military, diversity and college hiring requirements. Develop outreach efforts to support affirmative action goals.You'll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree)3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated experience implementing recruitment objectives and identify opportunities to provide internal and external customer service excellenceProficient in Applicant Tracking Systems.
