Scheduling delivery appointments. Resolving customer concerns. Data entry. Accounting. Communicate effectively with fellow management team-members. Manage the process for day-to-day logistics issues and problem resolution.. Promptly respond to all calls and emails from multiple clients.Qualifications**Work Experience : 3 years of customer service, human resources and/or administrative management. International/Domestic logistics and hospitality operations experience is a plus.Technical Knowledge : MS Office products. Ability to quickly learn and understand various dispatch and accounting software.Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to deal independently with internal customers and external resources. Must have excellent customer recovery skills and an articulate ability to express thoughts/idea via email.Judgment/Decision Making : Ability to make appropriate business judgments and decisions independently.
