Mid-Market Account ExecutiveLocation: Bethesda, MDWealthEngine (WE) is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to focus on maintaining and expanding sales within an existing client base of nonprofit organizations who currently use WealthEngine's industry-leading SaaS solutions.Our technology powers the campaigns of some of the biggest non-profits, universities, financial service firms, and luxury brands in the country. By providing our clients with actionable wealth and lifestyle insights on their target audience, WE fuels highly-targeted campaigns that continuously deliver measured outcomes. We enable our nonprofit clients to find and influence individuals who have the capacity, affinity and intent to donate to their cause.If you excel throughout the full sales cycle, from lead generation through closing, as well as growing relationships for the life of the partnership, then we want to talk with you right away!Here's What You'll Do Understand WealthEngine's value proposition and be able to clearly articulate the impact of the company's solutions towards its clients' needs Develop a robust pipeline from an established client base in the nonprofit advocacy/fundraising segments Grow existing business through cross-selling and up-selling, recommending the appropriate products/services to address needs. Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Provide sales forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis Create client proposals that reflect specific need-based ROI Along The Way, You Will Also Work cross functionally to leverage appropriate internal resources to help close deals Communicate client feedback to the team Participate in company training and professional development opportunities - and also in our parties and picnics! What We're Looking For In You 3-5 years of SaaS Account Management/Sales Experience. A proven track record of growing business from an established client base. Experience working with nonprofits Consultative approach in the sales process (value-based selling, consultative selling, solution selling, etc.) Proven history of success in exceeding quotas in a competitive landscape Ability to establish great relationships, coordinate client support across multiple teams and to proactively prospect and generate interest for upselling into existing accounts.
