The scoutbee sales team is a fast-paced group that is focused on changing the way organizations think about sourcing. We are looking to grow an enterprise sales team by adding a Washington DC/Northern Virginia based, over-achieving enterprise sales executive that has strong integrity, energy and is ready to work hard and play hard.Working out of our Crystal City/Arlington office, you'll Create, cultivate and foster relationships with key contacts across large enterprises Qualify, manage and close inbound leads in the large enterprise space Prospect for new customers leveraging your own targets and contacts, as well as identifying unknown prospects, based on key verticals Stay informed of procurement and sourcing trends, master social media and other selling tools Demonstrate scoutbee's software, speak to value, quickly identify associated customer needs Methodically qualify, build, and strategically manage an accurate sales funnel Sell our solution with a consultative approach and contribute to a high energy environment Skillfully deliver web-based presentations while handling objections and relating to buyers Comfortably sell to VP & C-Suite executives while navigating multiple decision makers, creating compelling events and explaining scoutbee's value proposition Partner with Customer Success team to continue delivering award-winning service Drive pricing and contract negotiations for both software and services working with the Director of Sales Requirements 5+ years of B2B software sales experience, ideally in the automotive, aerospace, manufacturing or SaaS space, with a clear track record of exceeding quotas Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, communicative Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies, managing complex sales and solution-based selling to CXO, senior management and directors Ideally, has experience selling into or procurement, sourcing, finance or innovation Understanding of how to navigate the enterprise procurement process Entrepreneurial spirit but strong team player, not afraid to hunt A history of evangelical sales in new markets, experience with presales a plus Experience using Salesforce to manage activity Team player with a passion for helping others and advancing scoutbee Bachelor's Degree or higher, commensurate direct sales experience Ability to travel with short notice Benefits Paid Vacation Comprehensive Insurance Coverage Gym/Fitness Facility 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Stocked Kitchen Team outings Free Parking Many more We are always on the lookout for talented people, regardless of race, ethnic background, gender, religion, philosophy, disability, age or sexual identity.
