The Market Manager will report to our Retail District Manager within the retail department of Tiger Fuel Company. Market Store Manager Duties: They include providing our Market Store employee team leadership, motivation, communication, "Tiger Way" service and day-to-day leadership to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, revenue production and general efficiency. Other responsibilities include:Supervise employees to include hiring, training, and scheduling within labor budgetHandle customer issues using the "Tiger Way" service philosophyMaintain Market standards of cleanliness and upkeepPerform and train opening and closing proceduresOversee stock needs and maintain inventory, interact positively with vendorsDay-to-day operations, daily bookwork
