A Cocktail Servers is responsible for taking drink orders and delivering those drinks to tables of guest in the cantina or dining area. At all times, cocktail servers are expected to be attentive to our guests needs and making them feel welcomed, comfortable, and important. General ResponsibilitiesPrepare the table, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, performing all other preparation tasks as neededStaying updated on current beverage items on the menu, including specialty drinks Take food and drink ordersInput guests' food and drink orders into terminalMaintaining proper dining experience by delivering drinksObtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the changePerforming basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor/managerAssisting with special events as needed Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greetingAnd other assigned tasks
