VoIP Architect, Senior
Key Role:

Perform architecture and design support for current and future large-scale enterprise VoIP solutions, including Avaya and Cisco. Analyze new capabilities and technologies to integrate into a global VoIP network servicing over 40,000 users today with the goal to scale to over 1M users in future. Develop future Cisco and Avaya architectures and designs, including consolidating and centralizing servers and services, developing global service assurance solutions, architecting a global management network, and introducing new products and features. Work with Tier III to develop lab testing to evaluate proposed solutions and analyze configuration change orders (CCOs) for implementing new changes or designs into the field.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with VoIP solutions from Cisco, including CUCM, IM&P, or Unity Connection, Avaya, including AS5300 and Aura CM 7.x or 8.x, or Oracle Session Border Controllers or AcmePacket

-5+ years of experience with IP networking, routing, and switching

-3+ years of experience with architecting and designing VoIP solutions

-Experience in conducting with vendor analyses and product evaluations

-Secret clearance required

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)

-Experience with Cisco Unity Connection and Instant Messaging and Presence

-Experience with Active Directory

-Experience with Single Sign On

-Experience with VMware

-Experience with Juniper MX routers

-BS degree in CS, EE, Computer Engineering preferred

-CCNA Voice Certifications or higher
