Our client located in the DC metro area, is looking to add an experienced ?Collections Specialist to their growing team.?Responsibilities Include:- Daily processing of invoices- Process daily credit card transactions- Process daily bank deposits- Maintain and enter information on new and existing customers to Sage accounting software- Make collection/past due calls to customers- Prepare monthly AR aging and Job Summary reports for months end in a timely manner.- Prepare Certified Payroll forms-
