The Development Coordinator plays a critical role supporting the Senior Director of Programs and Outreach (SDPO) in fundraising, identifying potential partners and sponsors, and coordinating and managing programs relevant to donor sustainment. Development and Fundraising Research and identify new sources of funding, and prepare profiles for donor meetings; Create and maintain a database of potential funders, implement fundraising reporting to improve donor stewardship and maintain constituent data in CRM; Compile quarterly activity report, and maintain and update fundraising and marketing documents; Draft effective written fundraising solicitation letters, grant proposals, emails and other materials to potential donors; Keep track of relevant deadlines and membership renewals; Working with the Publications and Digital Media section, assist in maintaining and updating program audience databases and mailing lists. Events Monitor developments in the Gulf states, identify those most relevant to donors' interests, and suggest possible AGSIW programs; Working with the program manager, plan and execute these events; In coordination with the SDPO, lead donor engagement activities, planning and executing periodic events to meet fundraising goals.
