We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to manage the overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control for multi-family projects in Washington, DC and Fairfax, VA. Responsibilities include: Create, manage and update Job Cost Reports, Requisition Forms (PFSR) and manage all aspects of project-level Cost Control, Reporting, and critical correspondence. Prepare and present monthly Applications for Payment. Acquire approval from Owner and Lender. Approve and manage monthly payments to Subcontractors and Suppliers. Oversee the construction project from start to finish. Responsible for the performance and success of all aspects of project management, including managing the budget and supervision of Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer.Develop the objectives and goals of each team member and assign individual responsibilities. Requirements include: Degree in civil engineering, construction management or architecture is required.7 years of construction project experience, high-rise, mid-rise, and wood-framed residential projects preferred.Experience with CPM scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation and Interpersonal skills.We offer a competitive salary and potential performance bonuses.
