Director, Program Management This is a leadership role on a cross-functional team that is charged with creating and implementing growth and engagement strategies for one of the world's largest technology companies. This is a highly visible position and does require someone who has strong leadership and team management skills. Serving as an integral member of the client organization's management team, the Director of Program Management will be responsible for building and driving the organization's overall strategy, as well as have strategic and operational oversight of all programs and program leads. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership . Identify strategic growth opportunities and build a plan across all client programs to grow revenue and enhance the organizations profitability, offerings, and efficiency . Coach program leads as they implement strategic plans . Develop and manage system for tracking and reporting on progress of strategic priorities . Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping all stakeholders informed of all critical issues . Identify and leverage data and resources to enhance ROI on client organization's strategy Team and Operational Leadership . Establish and monitor team performance goals, accountabilities and objectives; be actively involved in all programs and services, while developing a broad and deep knowledge of all offerings . Oversee, direct, and organize the work of all program team leads in various offices; setting and communicating priorities, fostering a culture of communication and cross-team collaboration . Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality . Monitor and adjust (as necessary) resource allocation to support organization's various programs. Recruit and train team members as needed, ensuring a successful onboarding, timely feedback, performance management and career development . Continually work to introduce process improvements and drive innovation . Develop and manage organizational budgeting, forecasting and other financial support processes Qualifications . Bachelor's degree required; and association management experience preferred . Minimum 7-10 years of experience, ideally with significant time in senior role, with financial management experience, program budgeting and fiscal management, program management, and team oversight . Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization, with ability to point to specific examples of having led organizational transformation projects and program development. . Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills . Demonstrated experience dealing with ambiguities and operating in a fast-paced environment requiring minimal supervision . Unwavering commitment to quality program management and data-driven program evaluation . Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach a large staff and develop high-performing teams . Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask . Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives. . Ability to effectively interface with senior management, organization's board of directors, and staff .
