The Construction Manager for Stanley Martin Custom Homes is responsible for supervising the home building process in assigned lots.Responsibilities And DutiesSupervise home building process to ensure quality and government regulations are metManage subcontractors including scheduling, installation and quality controlResponsible for conducting Pre-construction Meetings, Pre-Drywall Meetings, and New Home Orientations, with home buyersProvide home buyers excellent service related to construction process, scheduling, service and general homebuilding communications, as measured by Guild Quality 60-day survey;Complete 60-Day service appointments in a timely and professional mannerEnsure each and every house is 100% complete for Area Service Manager Quality WalkVarious administrative duties such as scheduling trade installations, ordering building material and reviewing selections with tradesComplete all other duties as assigned by managerAdhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment for office and field warranty employees, subcontractors, and homeownersAdhere to and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Stanley Martin Custom HomesPosition StandardsTeam PlayerAttention to DetailKnowledge of MS OfficeOrganizational SkillsPositive AttitudeSelf StarterStrong Communication Skills (written and verbal)Position RequirementsCollege degree preferred; Minimum of 5 years of residential construction experienceThere have been tremendous changes in home design and product offerings since we began building our brand, neighborhoods and homes in 1966.
