We are seeking a Director of Operations Manager to manage operations for our growing team. In this position you will lead a team of 4 and head all HR, accounting and internal IT for the company. This is an exciting opportunity for an professional to manage and improve our processes and help us scale in the future. This position will manage all operations for our team of 90 employees in multiple locations, including two offices abroad. We will help you grow this department and hire additional resources as needed. The right person will be self-motivated and adaptable. This position requires someone who wants their work to make a difference, is a fast learner, has an instinctive problem solving mentality, and experience conceptualizing and creating out of the box solutions.
