A Typical Week May Look Like This Maximize the impact and value of AFP's training business through enhancing content, delivery mechanisms and cross leverage opportunities with other AFP products and servicesIdentify, contract and manage business relationships with potential instructor, partners and vendors of value to training business lineIdentify opportunities and make recommendations to enhance AFP's training operations, technology and customer experience to facilitate AFP's training business growth Is This You?Plans, develops, manages, and executes training products that support the growth of the training practice, meeting or exceeding both strategic and financial targets. This includes, but is not limited to: Exam Prep Platform's (EPP), videos, on demand, open enrollment, live instructor led, etc.Work to ensure satisfactory user experience across all training products and delivery channels. Make recommendations for improvement.Continually review current training practice offerings and make recommendations for new products for both individual members and corporate clients within corporate finance and treasury and payments fields.Coordinates and works with Director, Training Solutions and AFP Content Execution Team around topical areas of focus, content delivery mechanisms to be used and timing of delivery.Working with Managing Director, Learning and Development, develops and manages training program budgets.Assures all training support materials (catalog, learning objectives, marketing materials, etc.) are completed and up to date.Identifies and engages qualified experts and instructors to develop and deliver training content that supports AFP's strategic objectives.Manages AFP's FP&A and CTP Exam Prep Tools (EPP), content and all associated coursework. Resolves issues for users working with AFP IT.Identifies and recommends business partnership opportunities to the Managing Director, Learning and Development that support the growth of AFP's training offerings.Identify emerging training needs by monitoring legislative, regulatory, and industry developments, competitor programs and technology developments relevant to the treasury, payments and finance spaceCreate opportunities to re-purpose existing content for bundling opportunities and delivery in other channels. Execute on those opportunities in collaboration with AFP staff across organization as necessary.Maintains up to date SOPs for all training manager functionsWorking with the Corporate Sales team and Director Training Sales Content, oversees the design of custom training curricula or modify off-the-shelf curricula, ensuring customers achieve the desired learning outcomes.Coordinates quizzes written for CE credits for on-demand training program content as required.Responsible for all steps necessary to ensure NASBA compliance for applicable training programs.Works with Sales to manage the Sales Assessment ToolWorks with Singapore and other APAC countries to take advantage of tuition reimbursement schemes in place.Manages all aspects of University Partner ProgramsResponds to customer and internal inquiries in a timely manner.Other job related duties as assigned or necessary.This is Us!We are a collaborative team of individuals who are hardworking and entrepreneurial.We take ownership in how our specific role drives the organization's success.We are intellectually curious and have a strong ability to adapt to change.We work autonomously and in cross functional teams and are dedicated to demonstrating extraordinary results at a fast pace.
