IND 002-004Key Responsibilities Develop technical solutions to business problems - define, analyze and communicate project requirements to development team Analyze existing processes and provide suggestions to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness Creating reports such as Budget to Actual, forecasting, and trend analysis Cultivate understanding of key business drivers in pursuit of creating detailed financial models using variable inputs Develop subject-matter expertise in the operations in order to effectively measure, analyze and report operations efficiency Provide continual communication and reporting to the sales team and upper management, including interpretation of progress compared to expectations Act as a liaison between the finance department and other departments and management Other ad hoc projects related to finance and/or accounting Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university of equivalent experience, Finance concentrations preferred Exceptional analytical, problem solving, organizational, and project management skills .5-3 years of experience using structured methodologies in analysis Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent communication skills
