Position Summary/ Labor Category Description Provide SCCM operational support and maintenance to the ARNG across all 54 states and territories on the NIPRNET and for over 120,000 workstation and server endpoints. The selected candidate will have prior experience with SCCM 2012, a high level of knowledge in SCCM log utilization for troubleshooting site issues to include SCCM infrastructure management and SCCM site role deployment. Manage, troubleshoot, and further expand the customized Windows 10 operating system deployment (OSD) process using SCCM. Possess outstanding communication and written skills and the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical staff. Position Principal Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for support of the Microsoft System Center Configuration Management 2012 infrastructure, with a primary focus on Windows 10 OSD to include engineering activities for non-production environments. * Schedules and manages all software distribution activities. Create and maintain infrastructure standards documentation as it relates to OSD, patch management, and software distribution infrastructure systems design, configuration, support, and processes. * Diagnose and resolve configuration and troubleshooting issues within a multi-tenant infrastructure. Minimum Requirements Understand SCCM PowerShell Module to include script creation, script evaluation, PowerShell device collection management, and PowerShell scripting as it relates to customizing OSD Task Sequence steps. Strong Windows deployment background w/ MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) and SCCM across multiple workstation hardware platforms. Ability to manage, update and create operating system deployments in SCCM and create packages and applications within SCCM. Extensive experience troubleshooting SCCM OSD issues. Strong ability to work on and prioritize multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other administrators. CompTIA Security+ (required to start) and ITI v3 Foundations (required within 90 days of start). Deployment, installation and administration of Microsoft Office Products. Preferred Skills/Experience * Experience with building custom SCCM Reports using SQL * Microsoft SCCM certification Knowledge of Remedy for Information Technology Service Management (ITSM). Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or 5-7 years of experience.
