Assists in the repair of the buildings and grounds of a residential building located in Baltimore. Prepares vacant units for occupancy. Inspects buildings and grounds for trash. Responds to service requests in a courteous and timely manner. Performs duties according to ( OASHA) standards and follows company policies. Must be able to read and interpret documents such as work orders , safety rules , and operating procedures . MUST have high school diploma or GED. HVAC certifications required. Minimum 4 years related experience required. Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician ( CAMT) Preferred. Must have own transportation . Must be willing to work weekends.
