What You Will Do: Registered Nurse Full Tme The University of Maryland, Neurology Care Center an ambulatory hospital-based practice, offers an opportunity for an experienced RN to provide comprehensive care for adults with neuromuscular conditions including neuropathy, myasthenia gravis, and other neurologic disorders. Our neurologists are leaders in their subspecialty committed to providing the highest level of patient care. Other specialized services provided in our Center include: infusions, botulinum toxin injections, lumbar puncture, biopsy, EEG, EMG/NCV, and clinical trials. Our specialty care include: Maryland Center for Multiple Sclerosis Our specialty care include: Maryland Center for Multiple Sclerosis; Maryland Parkinson s & Movement Disorder Center;Center for Neuromuscular Diseases; Maryland Epilepsy Center;Headache/Migraine;General Neurology;Maryland Stroke Center. Working in close collaboration with our neuromuscular faculty physicians, and other clinical staff, the Senior Nurse assesses and manages the neuromuscular patients to ensure continuity of care post-office visit through care coordination activities. Successful candidate will also participate in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The position offers a full time, Monday Friday daytime work schedule. Located at 16 South Eutaw Street in downtown Baltimore near the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards, you won't find a more vibrant place to work!
