A tech leader in the financial industry is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to multiple a fast-paced, growing team. Successful candidates will bring with them 2-3 years of experience in administrative support roles, proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite applications, as well as superb organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for 3-4 Directors/Sr. Directors with heavy calendar management, scheduling, travel, etc.
  • Support logistics for events, committee meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle all expense reporting
  • Serve as a point of contact for administrative needs
  • Work on ad hoc projects as requested
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 3+ years administrative experience supporting C-Suite executives
  • Ability to work in an ever changing environment with limited supervision
  • Proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Office
