Data Integration and Design Analyst
Key Role:

As a key member of the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) integrated analytics team, maintain responsibility for enterprise-level analytics and reporting on our firm's financial metrics. Partner with internal b us iness teams, including FP&A, forecasting, and b us iness finance on initiatives to improve enterprise reporting capabilities, drive strategy, and develop b us iness intelligence (BI) solutions to meet b us iness needs while interacting with senior leaders. Serve as an internal b us iness partner to our b us iness leaders and te chn ical experts to identify enterprise data solutions that address b us iness needs identified in stakeholder groups. Leverage data prep te chn ology and analytic programming to transform disparate financial data sources into meaningful data models that provide operational and strategic insights and empower leaders to make informed b us iness decisions. Train staff on models and methods of pulling data and interpreting results and participate in ad-hoc data modeling and design to develop prototypes to meet immediate needs and help iterate on early design concepts for enterprise dashboards. Support the full life cycle of Agile sof tware development efforts, including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and iteratively improving solutions. Provide clear oral and written explanations of methodologies and assumptions behind all data extracts, analyses, and field questions from company leadership regarding results and findings.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with consulting in professional services, market research, finance, or b us iness development

-2+ years of experience with data analytics or financial analysis

-Experience with data prep tools, including Alteryx

-Experience with relational databases and structured query language (SQL)

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with gathering, filtering, and categorizing large amounts of data, analyzing and synthesizing information to identify b us iness trends and critical issues, and developing concl us ions and formulating recommendations

-Experience with Tableau

-Knowledge of advanced analytics

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills to manage client expectations and shape requirements

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining relationships at all levels within the organization
