Associate General Counsel
Key Role:
Serve as a Associate General Counsel and investigations attorney who will report to the lead of Booz Allen's Business Investigations Group and support an internal team within Legal to conduct internal investigations involving compliance with Booz Allen's internal policies and the law. Work on issues that include potential violations of the Procurement Integrity Act, False Claims Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and other laws and policies regarding contractor integrity, labor time charging, expense reporting, information handling, IT acceptable use, conflicts of interest, and other industry scenarios that could require disclosure to the federal government or third parties. Work closely with other professionals in Legal to gather facts, analyze issues, and recommend courses of action based upon results of investigation, including disciplinary action or third-party disclosures. Collaborate with other internal teams to counsel business leaders on enterprise-wide issues and safeguard Booz Allen's intellectual property, mitigate risk to the firm, and prevent loss of the firm's proprietary information.

Basic Qualifications:

-13+ years of experience with conducting investigations on behalf of a government enforcement agency or conducting internal investigations on behalf of a corporate law department

-Experience with conducting internal investigations in a law firm on behalf of corporate clients

-JD degree

-Member in good standing with a US state bar

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with white-collar fraud, government contracting, or national security issues preferred

-Experience with handling confidential and classified matters or security clearances preferred

-Experience with overseeing trained investigators preferred

-Ability to work with other compliance and investigative professionals

-Possession of e xcellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational, interpersonal, client relations, and team skills
