Job Summary/Company:
Are you tired of turnover in your call center? Looking for a commuter-friendly employer? Look no further!! We're seeking a Call Center Agent for a partner who offers a family-friendly atmosphere, and a well-tenured staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer 50 - 60 inbound calls/day
  • Manage multiple database systems for calling and scheduling
  • Maintain high level of customer service
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints

Qualifications/Background profile:
  • Previous call center experience required
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Internet navigation skills
  • Friendly and professional phone demeanor
  • Position requires a criminal background check
