MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Demonstrated ability to performs the duties described above (Secure facility, issue equipment to customers, collect fees, and monitor inventory).
2. Must have and retain a valid state Driver's License.
HIGHLY PREFERRED:
1. Possess knowledge or experience in graphic design, laser engraving, computer use.
2. Possess knowledge or experience with graphic design software such as CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities
- Issues/receives recreational equipment to authorized users.
- Inspects equipment when turned in and collects preset fees for damages. Tests mechanical equipment for serviceability after each use.
- Opens and/or closes facilities by locking/unlocking doors and windows, and assuring security system is operable.
- Works as an assistant for the Facilities Operations Team Leader who makes specific assignments, explains policies and procedures and reviews work for quantity and quality of completed projects.
- Collects applicable fees for items issued, accounts for monies collected safeguards funds and makes daily bank deposits.
- Arranges furniture and equipment for various types and sizes of events; puts up and takes down special event decorations. May assist in conducting event.
- Monitors inventories, number, and condition of items on hand (removes damaged or unusable equipment). Coordinates with program staff to ensure adequate equipment is available in sufficient time to conduct program activities.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. In accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13,i to include a National Agency Check with inquiries (NACI) is required.
- A one year probationary period may be required
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
- Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty
- Work schedule: Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Work is performed primarily indoors.
- License Requirement: Possess and have the ability to maintain a valid state Driver's License. May be required to drive a government vehicle in the performance of duties to include taking equipment and supplies to various facilities/locations.
- Appointment is subject to successful completion and favorable results of fingerprints, health assessment (physical), and Installation Record Checks to determine suitability for this position.
- Physical Requirement: Able to lift/carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds to perform the following duties: Storing/retrieving engraving type supplies, cleaning supplies, administrative responsibilities, etc.
- Physical Requirement: Able to lift/carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds to perform the following duties: Moving and repositioning computer/engraving/laser equipment (NOTE: The equipment is on wheels and weighs less than 25 pounds).
