Our Financial Services client has a need for several Agile Coaches to assist with the wider rollout of Agile within their business unit. There has been success in one subset of this Business Unit using Scrum and SAFe. The goal is to replicate that progress across a wider portion of the organization. Eliassen Group Team Coaches work with specific teams to assist them to implement and improve their Agile Practices. Team Coaches stand up teams and work with teams to become effective and efficient in their use of Agile Practices. Required Skills: 3+ engagements working with teams (7-10 team members) to mentor in the use of Agile practices Strong understanding and ability to articulate the business value of specific Agile Practices (ie answer the question ?why do we do it this way?)
