The Association of American Colleges and Universities a national higher education organization committed to improving the quality of undergraduate education, seeks a highly-skilled and collaborative Information Technology (IT) professional to fill the position of Manager of Database Services. The Manager oversees the Association's iMIS database and performs activities that support the membership, finance, communications, development, and program offices. Key duties include database maintenance and quality assurance; integrating the database with other software applications and the web; report development; and advanced queries in Access, Crystal Reports, and SQL, IQA and SSRS Reports. In addition, this position provides iMIS user training and support; evaluates and streamlines data collection/reporting processes; and improves data integrity and task efficiency through standard practices and automation. The Manager, Database Services will report to the Senior Director of Information Technology Services. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems or related field.Minimum of three to five years experience in database administration and database application management.Experience managing virtual servers in Microsoft Azure or AWS.Demonstrated proficiency in using and administering iMIS version 20 or higher.Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Access, Crystal Reports, and HTML.Demonstrated experience in developing and supporting iMIS web-based applications, Rise content management, IQA Queries and Microsoft SQL Server administration.Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs highly desired.Experience with iMIS migrations to other CRMs highly desired.
