Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complexfunctions. Contributes to the development of the organization's businessstrategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizationalobjectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teamsof professionals.Core Responsibilities Establishes a consultative business-to-business sales culture throughstrong leadership and coaching. Maintains excellent knowledge of Company's products/services, pricingpractices, and selling skills to effectively direct regional salesdeployment of new products and services that target the enterprisesegment. Monitors reports and manages monthly, quarterly, and annual salesresults, other activity, and performance measures. Presents results ifneeded. Ensures the implementation of improvements in business processesyielding, increased sales performance, and/or higher operationalefficiency through excellent time management, decision-making, and humanrelations skills. Monitors Business Services Enterprise sales channels within budgetedsales and expense targets. Establishes and cultivates effective business relationships, bothcross-functionally and with Division and Corporate Business Servicesteams and with internal organizations to ensure maximum effectiveness ofthe sales organization. Develops seminars, sale incentive plans, and other strategies toachieve business unit objectives. Exhibits excellent written and oralcommunications, interpersonal skills and planning, presentation andorganizational skills. Evaluates effectiveness of subordinates and implements necessarychanges. Addresses personnel issues/performance issues in accordancewith Company policy. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in mattersof significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to worknights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
