Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered up with a leading Association in Washington DC to find a qualified MS Dynamics CRM Admin. This association is intending on hiring this person directly, and they offer a great benefits package and great working environment. The Dynamics CRM Administrator provides end-user support and troubleshooting for personnel. Participate in development and improvement of current Microsoft Dynamics CRM, O365, and other business platforms. This position works with the AVP, IT on the implementation of innovative technologies and primarily supports our Mental Health Aid First Aid program. He or she plays a key role in managing and administering activities around Dynamics CRM, coordinating/resolving support tickets, upgrade initiatives, developing new and maintaining existing workflows and plugins within Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the point person for business platforms, Dynamics CRM and O365, primarily supporting our Mental Health First Aid program
  • Responsible for monitoring, performance optimization, security, maintenance and managing of users of Dynamics CRM
  • Develops the workflows, plugins using Dynamics CRM platform and have the experience of working with the SDK of Dynamics CRM
  • Develops the end user documentation, including application training manuals, job aids and workflows
  • Responds in a timely fashion to end users' needs, analyze/resolve support tickets relating to business applications and general systems issues
  • Diagnoses and resolves technical problems, prevents problem escalation and provides solution tracking
  • Trains, instructs and educates groups and individuals in a team environment
  • Handles multiple project responsibilities simultaneously to prioritize work and resolve technical emergencies as they may occur
  • Protects the organization by keeping information confidential

Desired Skills:
  • Ability to capture business requirements and create system design documentation
  • Ability to do Dynamics CRM system configurations, create/update workflows, plugins in Dynamics CRM for new or current requirements
  • Technical and functional knowledge on working with ‘Portal' module of Dynamics CRM; should be able to maintain, support and extend implemented solution using ‘Portal' module
  • Ability to understand and program with JavaScript and SDK provided by Dynamics CRM
  • Ability to administer SQL database, maintain user CRM profiles and maintain the CRM enhancements (workflows, solutions etc.)
  • Ability to perform data uploads from external data sources to Dynamics CRM using SSIS or other related tools
  • Ability to conduct end user training

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical job experience
  • 3+ years' working experience with Dynamics CRM (365 online, 2016, 2015, 2013)
  • 2+ years managing CRM technology projects, understanding business requirements, designing and configuring forms, developing workflows & plugins, importing data into Dynamics CRM from external sources, reports and dashboards and troubleshooting application bugs
  • Dynamics CRM certification desired
