Travel Analyst
Key Role:
Provide travel operations and analytical support to a government client, including completing the submission of travel authorizations and vouchers and supporting transaction documentation. Provide verbal and written guidance to travelers, research travel procedures, and liaise with the division's finance staff to ensure appropriate guidance is provided to travelers. Conduct research analysis and offer recommendations to improve travel and financial management and assist with creating and maintaining files and databases. Assist with examining systems and developing specific cost reduction solutions and business case analyses to support transformation efforts under general supervision. Assist with acquisition and planning for the implementation of a new technology. Assist with customer or stakeholder analyses. Comprehend and apply awareness of the underlying functional expertise required to design and implement solutions leveraging any of the management consulting capability pillars, including organization design and mission support optimization, process improvement, performance management, strategy development and transformation, change management and IT strategy and business architecture.

Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience in a client-facing role
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including the use of Excel
-Experience with identifying errors and taking appropriate corrective actions
-Experience with providing travel scheduling and accounting
-Knowledge of federal travel authorization and voucher process
-Knowledge of federal travel regulations (FTRs) and travel systems, including E2 Solutions
-Ability to reconcile financial data, including reconciling invoices and validating payments for financial transactions, including travel
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

-Ability to multi-task and problem solve
-Possession of excellent organizational skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
