The Director of Outpatient Therapy Services provides strategic and operational direction for the outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech/language pathology departments to ensure effective and efficient departmental operations across all AHC Rehab outpatient therapy sites. The Director develops objectives and operational practices to ensure the outpatient therapy team achieves all measures of success.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Establishes and leads the outpatient therapy leadership team at each outpatient site
- Develops Outpatient Therapy Strategic Priorities (with senior leadership team) and cascades initiatives to leaders and team members
- Manages outpatient therapy department performance across all pillars of excellence
- Serves as a subject matter expert related to outpatient therapy industry, payment and regulatory trends
- Manages and Leads the Rehab outpatient therapy service line in response to projected industry changes

Work Schedule:

Full time Days - 40 hours per week
