Day to day leadership of the US sales team to create a true performance culture that is motivating sales staff to excel. Shape the commercial strategy as a senior member of the commercial leadership team to secure an acceleration of MLex's current impressive growth. Regional commercial strategy for North America, including sales and budget planning based on sound bottom up principles. Weekly and monthly reporting on sales activity, pipeline development, closed and renewed business compared to targets and KPIs. Experience in directly managing both new business and account management teams of 5+ staff Successful track record in selling business information subscription products is essential Strong background in solution selling as well as driving a more activity focused sales motion - very comfortable of managing in a KPI based commercial organization Analytical mind with proven ability to optimize a sales motion based on insights gained from data as opposed to mere feeling Ability to do both drive a highly energetic and performing sales motion as well as develop strategy, sales plans, etc.
