ADG CREATIVE, LLC?Company Job Title:Web Developer, Sr??Clearance:TS/SCI w FS PolyLocation:Columbia, MDReports To:Program ManagerFLSA Status:Exempt, Full Time, Regular Summary: The Web Developer, Sr will be responsible for designing, creating, testing and maintaining web sites and content that enrich and optimize the exchange of information and produce effective communications between NSA/CSS and its customers.?Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)Maintain a functioning user-accessible websiteCreate websites using HTML, Visual Basic, or other web-based programming languagesSupport website planning and deploymentWrite documentation regarding the website?s technical requirementsMaintain website technical documentation to assist with website maintenance and upgradesApply concepts, develops, tests, maintain and supports high-performance, innovative web-based applicationsResponsible for troubleshooting software problems and providing solutions to overcome those problems using the latest technologiesWork with management and information technologists to determine specificationsUse a variety of internet technologies, techniques and tools such as graphics software applications and object-oriented languages (eg Java, CGI, Visual Basic, HTML, XML) to create web page elements such as user interface features, site animation, special effects, databases, and e-business applicationsIn concert with the software development lead, develop, test, maintain and support high-performance, innovative web-based applicationsAnalyze and troubleshoot complex software problems and providing solutions using the latest technologiesWork independently on more complex projectsIntegrate new web products with existing web applications in order to improve the functionality or design of the organization?s websiteInteract with team to gather and define requirementsAnalyze requirements to determine the most effective web technologies to satisfy their needsCoordinate creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrate them into a coherent site designFollow a formal design process that includes adhering to laws, standards, and established guidelines for development and delivery of the web site end product.Design and develop visually-pleasing, content rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigationDeliver comprehensive web site solutions to satisfy customer requirements.
