We are searching for highly detail-oriented GovCon/Technical Recruiter with a good grasp of technology and prior working experience supporting high volume requirements in a fast pace environment. This is a part-time role and is approximately 25 hours a week. Client is located in Reston, VA.Duties & Responsibilities:Identify and source appropriate talent for current open and contingent positionsManage the recruitment process and life-cycle including initial assessments, interviews, and offersCounsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environmentWork with hiring managers to create/modify job descriptionsLead the process of recruiting and interviewing for each open positionEfficiently and effectively fill open positions including reference checksDevelop a pool of qualified candidatesUse social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open positionsManage and guide development of corporate employment resourcesParticipate in employment events, such as career fairsUse applicant tracking system and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase to on-boardingDevelop recruitment strategies to include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing development and job board procurementExperience & Education:BA/BS Degree preferredExperience filling positions for Government Contracts/Technical rolesAt least two years of sourcing/recruiting resources for various consulting and technology positionsAgency experience preferredStrong written and oral communication skillsHighly organized and ability to multi-taskExperience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
