The successful candidate will play a key role supporting the company?s multi-billion-dollar Group. Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: ? Collaborating with the Pricing Team in maintaining pricing models, pricing logs, SharePoint site, and training materials ? Assist VP of Pricing and Pricing Compliance Lead to ensure that compliance requirements are being met ? Work alongside pricing department to assist in standardization of templates, narratives, and processes guidelines ? Maintain financial templates/models used for Monthly Indirect Cost variance analysis ? Assist in preparation of financial packages and presentations for distribution on a monthly basis ? Assist in generation of monthly budget versus actual variance analysis report by maintaining ?Ultimate Hierarchy? of all project/account combo ? Provide support for new and ongoing departmental strategic initiatives ? Work with Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations to understand business needs and translate them into process improvement initiatives ? Work closely with Finance and non-Finance personnel to understand the current state of the business, performance variances, and Risks and Opportunities to future business success ?
