Northwest Federal Credit Union (Northwest) is searching for a high energy, innovative leader to serve as its next senior vice president of human resources (SVP HR).? The SVP HR will build, create, and improve the employee engagement culture through empowerment and oversee the high-level strategic plan and direction of the credit union. ? Northwest is looking for a visionary leader who brings in new, cutting edge ideas and pushes the limits of people innovation in alignment with the credit union?s strategic plan. The SVP HR has a seat at the table regarding strategy and input to all areas of the organization.? Northwest?s ideal candidate is a confident and experienced professional who leads, empowers, and oversees training to enhance a strategic initiative sales culture.?The SVP HR must have strong workforce expertise and talent development and will enhance the collection of data to assist with analyzing budgets and reports.? Northwest is looking for a collaborative human resources leader who welcomes grassroots input and progressively addresses employee issues with poise. As the SVP HR, you must be flexible and agile to adjust to changing environments.? Northwest is looking for a human resources leader who uses best practices and can recruit, establish, and build a strong workforce. The SVP HR must be driven to expand the company at a rigorous pace.?Northwest?s next SVP HR will have a master?s degree and SHRM certification.? Top candidates will have broad experience around employee engagement, talent development experience, and a proven track record of growth with qualitative and quantitative results.? Experience with an organization that has around 500 employees across multiple states is essential to the success in this role. Candidates must be knowledgeable in many areas, including metrics, finance, and employee engagement and connected in the human resources community.? Compensation is in the range of $225,000 depending on experience.? There is a potential for a bonus of up to 30%.?
