Our client is seeking a RF Infrastructure Engineer to be a key member of the Networks Solutions Integration & Infrastructure Department, providing technical leadership and expertise in the areas of ground systems operations, support, maintenance, system adaptation and continual improvement of our client's RF solutions. The engineer's primary objective is to ensure our client's customers are provided the highest quality service.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS-Ability to work 12-hour rotating shift schedule that is not limited to business hours of operation-Support Incident Management in line with Company defined ITIL processes, ensuring timely escalations as appropriate to meet Customer SLA's-Provide written procedures for regular tasks-Pro-actively monitor our global customer services and infrastructure.-Analyze events and trends from multiple systems to diagnose and restore customer services.-Troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues using best practice methodologies-Follow standard procedures for escalation of unresolved Incidents to the appropriate internal teams and or management.-Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.- Prepare accurate and timely reports.-Other ad-hoc tasks, as assigned by Line ManagerRF TheoryShift work availability/Customer Service Antenna SystemsAbout Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
