Job Description CapTech is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead - Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate is energized by identifying top candidates for consulting roles and selling the CapTech brand in support of the growth across our 8 offices. Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Lead include:? Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies with a deep understanding of the talent market. Source passive candidates through direct contacts, social media sites, internet research and internet channels such as GitHub and Stack Overflow Build and maintain network of potential top-performing consultants through pro-active market research Collaborate with the Talent Team to recommend new ideas and strategies related to sourcing, implementing new processes as needed Partner with the talent leadership team to support local and company-wide talent strategy ? Cultivate relationships with passive talent, recruiting partners and internal stakeholders Generate candidate interest through creative recruitment marketing campaigns and social channels Provide an exceptional candidate experience adhering to CapTech's Core Values Support internal recruiting initiatives? Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) and SmartCRM to manage pipelines and recruitment marketing campaigns; ensuring there is a focus on detailed notes, feedback, and documentation Qualifications Specific qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Lead position include: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or?equivalent combination of education and experience? 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with a focus on sourcing and recruiting talent for strategic technology roles (data & analytics, software engineering, customer experience, management consulting)? 3+ years sourcing on a national level is preferred 2+ years sourcing in the consulting industry is preferred? Collaborative team player with positive attitude ? Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to understand the needs of the business ? Prior experience building and maintaining a pipeline of top-performing consultants? Ability to work in a fast pace environment and change focus quickly ? Prior experience using recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, SeekOut, etc.. ?
