Overview Travel Leaders Group is looking for a motivated and talented Copywriter to work in its Alexandria, VA office. This is a pivotal member of the creative team, and the successful candidate will possess solid techniques in both business and creative writing. Additionally, he/she will have experience creating short- and long-form copy that inspires action. The selected candidate will join an inspiring team to support our company's B2B and B2C marketing efforts across multiple channels. Responsibilities What You'll Do Write clear, concise and original copy for advertisements, emails, direct mail, websites, magazines, brochures and many other marketing platforms that inspire travel and/or drive business results Work closely with our in-house design team and various companywide stakeholders, delivering successful copy to both internal and external clients Act as an editor and proofreader while maintaining standards, compliance and accuracy Work with a team of writers to support one another across multiple projects Qualifications What It Takes Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, English or similar writing-intensive degree Three to five years of copywriting experience focusing on both B2C and/or B2B communications Command of time management, handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines Strong editorial skills, along with an exceptional grasp of grammar and spelling Travel industry experience or travel writing a plus In addition to your resume and salary expectations, please include three writing samples that highlight your ability to excite the audience and meet strategic goals across a variety of platforms.
