Wait on customers in the showroom either by appointment or walk in. Quotes should be written for all customer waited on Call pendings and complete other action items. Assist clients from other stores or clients of another designer within your store as requestedall clients are treated seamlessly. Provide current month and next months sales forecast when requested Provide input as requested on potential new lines Meet with Sales Manager on pendings weekly. Attend bi -weekly sales meetings Attend stock update webinars Attend special order vendor product training sessions Prospect for new business by calling your referral network, account list in SFDC. Go to association meetings and trade shows as assigned. Continue your education by learning company procedures and business rules, study the price list and the product lines offered so you can sell from our broad product line. Weekly outside Account Development visits to clients. Required Skills Ability to sell Experience in qualifying customers Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with MS Office Suites, CRM experience, Excellent attention to detail Disciplined follow-up skills Must type 50+ wpm Desired Qualities Great phone voice & customer service skills 2yrs High-End Retail Sales Experience Tile/Flooring industry a plus Benefits We believe every employee should be properly rewarded for a job well done.
