The ideal Employee Relations Manager has current employee retention experience, conflict resolution, hands-on investigation and documentation knowledge as well as a proven track-record in overseeing PIP?s, termination and facilitating company-wide trainings in best practices. Not only will the Employee Relations Manager design and develop programs to promote employee satisfaction, they will also act to counsel employees on issues related to performance while maintaining phenomenal communication to foster a positive relationship with the workforce. The Employee Relations Manager will guide department managers and employees through performance and goal setting processes as well as hold a strong command of corporate processes, OSHA standards, state, federal and local employment laws.
