Enforces all corporate policies and procedures in absence of General Manager2. Ensures customer satisfaction, correcting problems as they occur3. Manage team members to achieve food cost goals4. Opens and closes store when General Manager and Assistant Manager are off5. Maintains the cleanliness of the store to company standards6. Assists in scheduling and labor management processes7. Completes and turns in all paperwork as assigned8. Implements training programs as directed by the General Manager9. Participates in cost control initiatives as directed by GM and District Supervisor10. Perform other duties as assigned. Required to stand for extended periods of time. Able to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work under extreme temperature conditions. Close and distant vision required.
