As an ETX Professional, you will Evaluate technology changes, identifies impact to employee experience, makes recommendations for improving employee experience. Specifically, your job responsibilities will include:

Your work falls into four primary categories:

Program support
  • As a core member of the ETX team, helping manage the day-to-day operations of ETX - especially around user interaction (emails, requests, etc.)
  • Helping plan and support ETX user group programs, including the TX Ambassador Program
  • Providing project management and support of ETX events, including providing key logistics

User experience validation
  • Collecting requirements and 'pain points" in the employee technology experience from employees and the business
  • Working with Engineering to research and recommend solution improvements to user experience
  • Providing technical validation of change management and communication tools

Technology implementation
  • Collaborating with IT delivery teams on large scale technology roll outs (such as Windows 10, Office 365, SharePoint and others)
  • Being a liaison between ETX and IT Change and Release Management, providing recommendation for signoff for production release changes that impact users

Technology Adoption
  • Acting as a lead trainer for help introduce new technologies and foster adoption
  • Maintaining and updating ETX communication channels (such the ETX HomeFront Site, project sites, ETX Team)
  • Supporting and aiding the communications and learning teams in fostering user understanding and adoption


Qualifications

Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of related experience in direct user support
  • Experience with implementing enterprise software including Win 7, Win 10, Office 365
  • Experience as part of large-scale technology deployments (i.e. Win 10 upgrade, Office 365 roll out)
  • Experience with Window 7/10 desktop management (SCCM & GPOs)
  • Experience managing SharePoint sites
  • Understanding of ITIL
  • Understanding of Enterprise MDMs
  • High level of problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Experience balancing the demands of multiple projects; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technology role.
