Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Consultant with experience in training to support the business process reengineering of a financial management system for a Federal Government client.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct small group training for system users to improve processing efficiency.
  • Provides 5 training classes to users for system functionality using existing training materials.
  • Develop training exercises to support the existing materials.
  • Designs, develops, documents, and delivers training courses to a wide range of audiences.
  • Provides professional guidance to managers, analysts, specialists, and programmers in the use of the software.
  • Participates in user-support related tasks and leads efforts in training material preparation for training course delivery.
  • Participates in federal financial services projects.
  • Interface with the client on a day-to-day basis, support the completion of project-specific tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints, and support presentations and client meetings.

Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 1 year of experience supporting the federal government
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Momentum
