The MIL Corporation seeks a Business Process Consultant with governance experience to support the business process reengineering of a financial management system for a Federal Government client

  • Develop and recommend policies, processes, standards, procedures, and guidelines to assist and support the client in effectively and efficiently leading, overseeing and managing Financial Management System Programs.
  • Participate in federal financial services projects
  • Interface with the client on a day-to-day basis, support the completion of project specific tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints, and support presentations and client meetings.

Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 1 year of experience supporting the federal government
  • Has specific experience in one or more of the following key areas:
    1. Complex system program management
    2. Program governance
    3. Stakeholder relationship management
  • Knowledge of requirements gathering techniques
  • Knowledge of development methodology and standards
  • Advanced problem solving, analytical and design skills
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
