Key Responsibility:Conduct daily corporate accounting functions; invoice processing, cash deposit recordings, bank reconciliations.Maintain sufficient documentation that all transactions are recorded and supported in the general ledger and sub-ledgers.Responsible for monthly financial reporting packages for senior management encompassing revenue, expense, headcount, and other labor related expenses.File year end cooperate tax return, annually property tax, business license.Ensure compliance with internal policies, agency rules and regulations, and accounting principles.Provide input for the development of accounting applications, reports, forms records and documented procedure.Assist with the development of financial analysis on projects.
