Job Overview:ACGI Software is in search of an experienced and well-organized marketing and communications professional, to join its sales and marketing team. This individual will report directly to the vice president of sales and marketing. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping to plan and execute integrated marketing programs with the ultimate goals of building awareness of ACGI's brand and generating demand to meet ACGI's revenue objectives. There's rarely a dull moment at ACGI, especially for a resourceful self-starter. With your entrepreneurial spirit, creative thinking, and street-smart marketing skills, this position will always provide positive challenges and opportunities to make a difference. You will help drive the company's key marketing initiatives to support sales revenue generation and position ACGI's products and services in the vertical markets we serve. In addition, you will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day duties including database management, content development, event planning and logistics, website, partner marketing, and product marketing. Key Responsibilities:Communications - develop content and execute communication plan through various mediumsDevelop, write, and review content / copy for campaigns, blogs, Web copy, marketing materials, etc.Direct and analyze campaigns throughout the yearSupervise digital marketing manager with emarketing, website content, social media channels, etc.Write and submit press releases (at least 10 per year)Write customer case studiesManage and police the use of ACGI's branded assets including corporate and product designs, messaging, and approved templates Event Management - manage all aspects of ACGI's onsite and online eventsIndustry trade events - coordinate the logistics and promotion for six industry trade events, annually. Supervise and work with various vendors to successfully implement our displays at trade shows and conferencesSecure registration lists and create promotions to drive booth trafficOnline Webinars - recruit, coordinate and supervise presenters. Manage online platform.Maintain inventory of promotional items, apparel and event collateralCoordinate ACGI's bi-annual users conference (May, 2018). Secure venues and vendors, manage conference logistics, and bridge the communication between staff, presenters, partners, and attendeesPlan and execute ACGI's software users conference ("Knowledge Days") Database Management - Manage all aspects of sales / contact databaseDevelop strategies to leverage our database of prospects, partners, customers, and industry consultants to generate demandWork with digital marketing manager and our marketing automation firm to segment data and generate targeted distribution lists for ongoing campaignsManage contacts and leads from trade events, webinars, web inquiries, etc. for lead generationCollaborate with ACGI's Sales Team to identify potential near-term sales opportunitiesGenerate reports for sales team, executive management and othersDatabase administration - monitoring data integrity and quality assurance - data cleansing, contact merging, verifying current addresses, etc.)Establish and police database usage standards for ACGI users Other General Responsibilities:Manage temporarily-employed marketing resources (eg, students, volunteers, etc.)Oversee the marketing of ACGI's Resource Partner Program, communicating with partners regularly on joint-marketing projectsTrack marketing expenses and report budget against actualsAssist other departments with marketing-related needs Ideal Qualifications, Experience, and Other Requirements:3 - 5 years of business-to-business marketing experience, with a technology companyContent development and strong copy writing skills a mustEvent management experience with trade shows and/or corporate conferencesUtilization of databases, sales automation, CRM, or contact management systemsWebsite content management system (CMS) knowledge (We use WordPress!)Some experience with HTML and/or CSS editor helpfulBasic understanding of web analytics and search engine optimization (SEO)Association, non-profit, and/or credentialing market experience a plusProficiency with office productivity tools and MS Office suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookGreat interpersonal skills and customer service-oriented personalityAbility to travel to up to 3 to 4 national and international trade events, annuallyBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar degree preferred
