Source and originate deals Underwrite transactions and perform due diligence on acquisitions Analyze new investments and determine fit within the company's portfolio Develop and analyze pro formas Extensive financial modeling Participate in hold/sell decisions Assist in reporting for investors and/or the Investment Committee. Requirements: 1-5 years of real estate investments experience, leveraged finance or investment banking Strong financial modeling experience Ideally multi-family, mixed use and/or commercial real estate experience.
