In this hands-on position, you will be directly responsible for the success of team members to ensure top notch customer service is consistently delivered and quality standards are maintained. You will collaborate daily with the Call Center Director on development opportunities and strategies to maximize operational efficiency. If you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and are looking for a dynamic role with opportunity for professional growth, we want to speak with you!Here's what you'll be doing:Develop and enhance staff knowledge and effectiveness by providing on-going guidance, mentoring, real- time feedback, and motivationEnsure all calls are handled by staff within agreed upon time scales and in a professional mannerMaintain an active presence on the Call Center floor and perform live monitoring Provide timely feedback to staff and assist with calls as neededMinimize discrepancies and overcoming of objections through effective coaching, support, supplemental training Serve as a backup to all Inside Sales positions and serve as an escalation point of contact where neededCultivate a high energy, results-driven, team environment Here's what you need to know:High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years of Call Center Team Lead experienceDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieving resultsPossess a high degree of organizational, time management, and interpersonal skillsAbility to provide innovative solutions and perspective to strategy with a high level of flexibility, creativity and open-mindednessSuperior verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced ability to prioritize multiple time sensitive assignments in a fast-paced environmentMust possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with all external and internal customers in a positive manner Demonstrates a proactive approach and is flexible with change or ambiguityAdvanced computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize all Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Nu Look offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) and an awesome work environment.
